Truly I have always loved med express. There were times I chose to go there instead of family doctors as I had SO MUCH TRUST. Today went to get a skin check form as my boy has worked MONTHS for States and was told he was misdiagnosed. While that is on me as I should have consulted the dermatologist instead of putting so much trust in them. I just feel if you aren't absolutely certain on a skin infection, you should be truthful. Say you aren't positive so patients know to get a second opinion. My son will miss States and I will have ALOT less trust and faith in med express. Unless it's a strep, flu or covid test, go somewhere else. Do not put that much faith in themud83eudd37u200du2640ufe0f

Had to visit since we were out of town and away from home and the whole experience was phenomenal. The facility was clean and up to date and the entire staff from the front desk to the PA were knowledgeable, kind and caring. They didnu2019t listen when I told them I had bacterial infection instead of viral and also prescribed Claritin which makes acute sinusitis symptoms worse.

bad policies for ppl that are having actual emergencies. I was on prednisone and was having a blood sugar spike symptoms. I went there told them that and they wanted my ID I gave them mine and they said it was expired and they can't use it told them I don't drive, and they need multiple forms of ID and when you have an emergency you aren't gonna think to bring that! I was desperate and I told them I can't go all the way back home cuz my hubby only has a certain amount of time in between jobs and we couldn't make it back to get my other forms of ID in time! We left and I was furious. They need to do away with this policy, specially in an area where we are all not doing as good as a rich area in california or NYC or wherever!nnChange this stupid policy or you may have people die in your lobby.nnEnded up at another place instead with no problems.
