Excellent care on a Holiday - all other Urgent care in the area are closed. Receptionist to Nurse to Physician were professional and clear with instructions. I would visit again - just HOPE to stay away from illness.

I stopped in at 7:30. I know late but the only time I could drop off my daughter so I could come in. I waited patiently and the lady's at the front desk asked if I was waiting on someone. I said no. She asked if I needed to be seen I said yes. She rolled her eyes and I said if it's too late I can leave and she said well.... what do you need seen for. I said rib pain and he asked if I needed a Xray. I honestly wouldn't know. I came seeking medical advice and I was treated quite rudely. For someone who works and has a small child it's not always easy to get yourself in. I had already waited two before coming to make sure it was something worth coming for. I don't recommend coming here for any medical help.

This is definitely not a walk-in clinic. I arrived with my sick daughter, expecting her to be seen, only to be told by the woman at the counter that they were full and couldnu2019t take her.nnWhen I asked for clarificationu2014since they advertise accepting walk-insu2014another woman at the counter, named Pam, responded in an extremely rude and snippy manner. Instead of addressing my question, she simply stated that they had seen 80 patients that day, which had nothing to do with my daughter being seen.nnAs I continued to seek clarification, she maintained a dismissive and unprofessional attitude. If she canu2019t handle a busy day, she probably shouldnu2019t be in a role that requires interacting with patients.

Called Billing and was spoke to so rudely and then hung up on in the middle of trying to ask a question by a female representative who did not give her name. Only reason in giving 2 stars is for the service my son was giving by the clinic at the time of his service and the second lady representative I spoke with after being hung up on during the first call. Billing department needs help get people on the phone who enjoy helping others not grouchy women with attitudes. I pray my son never has to deal with this place ever again
