This is the absolute best dentist I have ever gone to. Dr. Lee is amazing and I won't see anyone else. I have had a number of procedures (fillings, crowns, etc) as well as regular cleanings with Stonewalk over the last 12 years, and I have no complaints whatsoever. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Lee, as her professionalism, dedication to doing things well, and her care for her patients comes through clearly though all of her office staff and hygienists. Hard to believe that I could actually feel deep affection for my dentist, but I do. If you are looking for a dentist in the area, don't even hesitate.

I have been going to Dr. Lee for 7 years (I think) now and every single experience has been a textbook execution in efficiency and care. I walk in, decide on if I want floride/cancer screening and sign the forms, and in less than 5 min someone is coming to get me and put me in a chair. Within another 5 minutes the hygienist has already started. Once they've finished, Dr. Lee has never been far behind. While I don't think I've had the same hygienist twice, every single one has been gentle and kind. After 30 years of painful dental visits (because...cavities) Dr Lee had enlightened me that I should NOT be feeling temperature or pain as she started on filling my cavities and then gave me additional numbing and waited until it was working as intended. Something that I never knew and always suffered through because I just didn't know. Anyways, as a result, I no longer hate going to the dentist and I was reflecting today on my way home from a cleaning that my younger self would be astounded that as a free-willed adult I CHOOSE to get regular care for my oral health. Additionally, because of their positive reinforcement and not guilt tripping me about how bad I was brushing and my lack of flossing, I've actually made progress in that area for the first time in my life! The insurance/payment process is easy - for which I greatly appreciate. Highly, HIGHLY recommend ud83dude4c

Showed up to my appointment 30 minutes early. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment before walking out. 4 people got seen before me all of them had appointments later then me. I feel that me waiting for missing 2 or 3 appointments that I called and canceled due to not wanting to get their staff sick was retaliation. Not once did anyone tell me the Dr was running late. Im sure loosing one patient will be no big deal. I thought it was a good dentistry but not after today. Good luck. Customer service does mean a lot.

The dentist and hygienist were very professional and thorough and explained their procedures every step of the way. My frustration was with the receptionist at the front desk. She was easily confused, took such a long time checking people in that there was a line of 4 people trying to check in. Due to this, she u201cforgotu201d to sign my husband in. He had a 9:00 appt for a tooth extraction. At 10:30 when he wasnu2019t called back yet, we checked with her to see how much longer the wait would be, she proceeded to lie and say that the doctor was a few hours behind schedule. I replied that this canu2019t possibly be true, she admitted to not signing him in but said u201cit didnu2019t matter as they are so behind in the backu201d. This was actually not the case at all! She was very unprofessional however, once he wasnu2019t called back doc and assistant were very sorry this happened and handled it very professionally, which we appreciated.
