We went here after my daughter fell rollerblading. We were concerned because her wrist was obviously broken. The staff was amazing and got us back right away. The nurse Savanah and Xray tech Leanne were so sweet! We got X-rays and they even had laughing gas as an option for her procedure to set her wrist back into place! Dr. Moreno was so calm and informative and put my daughter at ease with everything. I feel so grateful that they were there to take care of us in this stressful situation. This was an amazing alternative to a chaotic ER.

I scheduled a same-day appointment online, which was quick and convenient. Upon arriving, I only waited a few minutes before being brought to a room where I was assisted by Josh. He was fantasticu2014very reassuring, attentive, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I was also seen by Alexandra, who was equally kind and comforting. The entire experience was efficient, and I was in and out in just 30 minutes. I highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to minimize wait times, especially if youu2019re comfortable paying a small fee for the convenience. Overall, a great experience!

Charged my wife $350 for a stat blood test. Conveniently forgot to mention they donu2019t run those tests stat and that the results will take about a week. We needed the results within a day (you knowu2026 the whole point of a stat order) so now we have to start the whole process over. Also, medhero has some of the worst phlebotomists in the game, needing to use two arms and butchering both veins in order to get 2 vials of blood. We were willing to come here because they are open on sundays. Now weu2019ve been charged too much (50$ at labcorp, $350 at medhero) for a test that wasnu2019t run and cannot be used. Thanks for nothing Medhero. This is why no one trusts healthcare these days. Because they constantly fail to provide any real care and cost an arm and a leg for nothing

Tried out my new knives on Super Bowl Sunday Ribs and ended up needing sutures. It was very busy and the front desk helped me right away and let me know there would be a considerable wait. Once I was in the exam room the 2 PAu2019s & nurse who helped me were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and had me sutured and out before the game. They did an amazing job, sutures look great.. Thank you ud83dude0a

Nice office and doctors but $70 just to make and appointment and doesnu2019t go towards your copay is crazy. I will not be returning. Anyone else this is a heads up do not make appointment online. Just walk in. Or better yet just go somewhere else.
