Office staff is extremely rude! Employees were having an inappropriate conversation while I was waiting with my young son! I also find it funny that the office manager and her husband left this place 5 star reviews. Wonu2019t be back and I have also informed their client of their behavior since a majority of their employees go here for testing & fingerprinting!

Staff is not professional and not friendly. Office atmosphere is sub par.nThey have no sink to wash hands at, only hand sanitizer which made me feel really uneasy when woman took my tb test with unwashed hands!nAlso the bathroom smelled really bad.nAdditionally, I had an appt for 11:10am and when I get there they tell me they stop testing at 11am. THEN WHY THE FK DO YOU ALLOW APPTS AFTER11AM??!!!??nnOverall a very unprofessional location. Hopefully I never have to get tested ever again.

The staff is awesome and nice!nThey are always smiling and the Dr. Is so polite and funny!nComing here makes having to renew my DOT every year not so bad. :)

The two ladies working were extremely rude and took no consideration that their lack of signage is making people miss appointments. Will not be using them for any services ever again. Unsatisfied customer here.
