Iu2019m in town due to family medical emergency, and my mobility scooter broke. I noticed that the store was close to UC Davis so called, and I was so blessed to talk to the owner, Auggie, right away. He reassured me that he wanted to help me, which goes along way when youu2019re really stressed and worried. I took my scooter to him, and he fixed it right out of the trunk of my car! He knew right away what was wrong with it. He even trained me in another function of my scooter that will help prevent where and tear. I will now always go back to him when I am in Sacramento and need mobility scooter assistance. Youu2019re in good hands with Auggie!

Best Customer Service Ever! Augie is unbelievable. I called on a Saturday when my sisteru2019s chair stopped working. He had me describe the problem, try a few things and diagnosed over the phone. He had the replacement part in-stock and made sure I knew how to safely install, although he also offered to come out. He has reached out to ensure things worked well. 100% my new source for mobility equipment!

My Mom bought a 4 wheel mobility scooter today. My Mom turns 83 next week and loves to walk to the store on her own, but the 2 mile walk up and back is now harder to do. Told Augie at the store and he recommended a sturdy scooter. He spent time with my Mom assessing her mobility onto and off the scooter and her ability to safely drive it. It's being delivered tomorrow with further instruction and environment assessment by Augie. She's ready to go and so happy! Independence day is coming one day early for my Mom. Great experience. Highly recommend Marion Medical.
