Iu2019m very disappointed with medical transportation.nEverytime I call there is a problem they told meu2026to call 3 days in advance by 2 ou2019clock. But when you call they always say schedule is already done for the day. Ok so today I called for an appointment for Thursday well before 2, but the lady says schedule is done for Thursday already n we are very busy that dayu2026we will call you back if we can get you in. The lady that does thatu2019s gone to lunch. So are they there to help people get to appointments or are they there to say nou2026maybe they just donu2019t like me. Or it makes them feel good to say no.nI do have to say the drivers are amazing Iu2019ve actually spoken to a few of them about this issue..they always apologize and honestly most of the time say theyu2019ve had time to killu2026also say that Iu2019m one of many that has had this issue. Hopefully they get it together and wanna do their jobsu2026n help the folks in Cecil county get to and from their appointmentsu2026

Super nice and very pleasant. Went to get Birth Certificate , Lady that took care of this was Great!!! I think her name was Kathryn. I was so worried about Coronavirus but the Health dept . Is really sat up Great!! Security Guard and woman that took your temperature we also very pleasant!! Thanks Cecil County Heath Department !!!!

I have been in contact with the Cecil County Dept of Health since the beginning of the year2020. I got approved by 2 board hearings and just need to have the Health dept. sign off on my permit to build a addition to my barn to house a dog kennel. I have been in contact with the heath dept. on numerous times as to what I have to do to obtain their sign off. It seems they just keep avoiding my request.nA follow up 3/19/2021nThe health dept. did finally get back to me and we discussed the project. The out come as of this date is I would have to install a very expensive and highly impractical septic system .

Iu2019m not one to usually write reviews, but I have to sing the praises of Jessica, the WIC Lactation consultant. I recently had a baby and breastfeeding was a struggle from the beginning. I met with other lactation consultants in the hospital and they were great but by the time I was home with the baby I was having no luck and feeling extremely defeated. I was about to give up. When I called WIC to let them know I had my baby I chatted with the receptionist about my breastfeeding struggles and she put me through to Jessica. Jessica had me come in right away. She was so informative and really explained things to us in a way we could relate to. She even got my baby to latch and do a full feeding. When I got home the baby and I still had some obstacles but Jessica renewed my hope and I am very grateful for that. So if you are struggling with breastfeeding I highly recommend seeing Jessica at the Cecil County Health Department, even if you have met with other LCs without much luck.
