While this office may work for testing such as covid or flu, I would avoid this practice if at all possible. If you have medicaid, I know that options are limited but I highly recommend avoiding this place. I'm not sure what doc I saw, but he was very dismissive of what I had to say and even laughed at one of the questions that I asked. I believe they could benefit from a class on how to talk to patients, because I felt like I was treated like garbage and no one should leave a doctors office bawling because they feel like they weren't heard. My symptoms were completely dismissed and my medical history and family history were ignored (and my issue ended up being an autoimmune disease NOT ALLERGIES). I get that people are not perfect and that a diagnosis such as this would've been almost impossible at an Urgent Care, but JUST LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS. I may not have the schooling you do, but I know my body better than you. I personally will be finding a new urgent care

My experience started will checking in, since I live in Indiana I was concerned regarding my coverage. He check my information and assured me everything was fine. The nurse came out she was concerned and compassionate, took my vitals and then moved me into the X-ray, helping me onto the table, she explained every step. The doctor came in and told me it was a very bad sprain, and possibly a fracture, then he said he would have a second radiologist take a look and would call with results. The nurse brought in a boot and instructed me how to correctly put it on. The Doctor came back in just to check on me, and asked if I needed any pain meds . The nurse helped me to the car and wished me well. If you need to go to an urgent care center, pick this one. Could not have received better care, seasoned with carting.

We could not have had a better experience at Medical Care 1. Dr. Nasry and Faye went above and beyond to be caring, thorough and professional. I would highly recommend this Urgent Care center.
