I visited this clinic a week and a half ago to receive stitches. I paid the $180 co-pay upfront without issue. The procedure was quick, and the staff was courteous, that part was fine.nnBut when I returned today to have those same stitches removed, I was blindsided by a demand for another $180 co-pay. Why? Because I used insurance. I was told that only cash-paying patients have their stitches removed at no additional cost. This policy was never disclosed to me; not during intake, not before treatment, not even on discharge.nnHad I known that follow-up care wasnu2019t included, I wouldu2019ve made a very different decision about where to go. Itu2019s completely unreasonable to treat follow-up stitch removal as a separate, billable visit, especially without making that clear upfront.nnThis isnu2019t just poor communication, it feels deliberately misleading. Charging patients twice for one course of care is not just disappointing, itu2019s unethical. I can not say I will ever return.nnThis experience left me frustrated and disappointed.

Dr. Roker was absolutely wonderful during my visit. He was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to really listen to my concerns and explained everything in a way that made me feel informed and at ease. This UC was clean, well organized and welcoming. The staff was helpful, kind and informative. My provider was up to speed on my symptoms before he came in the room and I was treated with great medical care and respect. Aside from being sick, my experience was 5 Stars.

Everybody here is so sweet and caring. I called the day before I came in and they were immediately so welcoming over the phone!!nQuick to tell me the times they're open and closed and so inviting!! I came in the next day and they did the absolute most to help me!!nThe girls at the front desk were so sweet and patient.. I didn't get their names. The guy who took my vitals and everything was so sweet as well!! I believe his name was Guillermo. And the nurse that checked me was the sweetest!! Her name was Samiat Telufusi. Even after she was done with me she took an extra 15 minutes to find a doctor that took my insurance and had an open appointment that same day (which she didn't have to do and most people wouldn't)and they even called me a few days after I came in to check up on me and make sure everything is going okay!! Definitely coming back here if I ever have an emergency it was also very clean in there!! I thank the Lord Jesus Christ!! All Glory be to God the Father and the Lord Christ Jesus!! 1 appreciate the staff here so much !! Hallelujah!!

The staff was sure to be upfront on the potential cost and even worked with me to ensure I didn't pay more than I needed to.nnI love the overall quality of care they provide
