My daughter started going to a dermatologist here not long ago, she wasn't super happy with her first visit, but felt like maybe that was because it was a new place. I was considering switching as well since we recently relocated to the valley. Unfortunately, my daughter has had awful experiences ever since. The people working the front desk must really hate the company they work for as they have consistently given her attitude about every question she has, anytime she called or came in. Her experiences that why I prefer to drive an hour out of my way rather than switch to Capstone. Please understand, the way you treat people can be a pandemic, you had the opportunity to gain up to 10 new patients...now you've lost at the very least one, and won't be gaining any of our family 10+. As a Mom, I'm disappointed in how Capstone has chosen to treat my child. Do better.

Capstone Clinic provides an exceptional experience every time! The facility is always so clean and welcoming, which immediately puts me at ease. The doctors have a wonderful bedside manner, making me feel truly listened to and cared for during my visit. The staff is attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring that I have everything I need.nnI also love the patient portalu2014itu2019s easy to use, allows me to make payments, and lets me read my chart notes from each visit. Myself and my entire family have been Capstone Family Medicine patients for about 14 years now. We have had many visits to Capstone and many interactions with all of their staff and itu2019s always been positive! Our main provider is Dr. Wade Erickson (who has the worlds most loving, attentive and caring medical assistant Roma!!) They have always helped us with any questions, concerns or requests weu2019ve had. We have always felt so cared for by not only Dr. Erickson & Roma- by but their entire facility!!! Thank you Capstone for being so great to my family and I!! We are forever lifelong patients!

When an established patient calls for advice, the doctor should be able to give it to you even if the patient is willing to pay oop. Especially if they are in a dyer situation. Period!

Place was nice, loved the nurse that had to deal with me and the doctor I deal with was nice as well. Was able to schedual an exam and set up future appointments and I was in and out on lunch, wasnu2019t Evan late for work. Love the lobby as well beautiful building, kind patient staff, also works great with my insurance. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone.
