The PA I saw here was extremely rude and condescending towards me. I was explaining previous treatment from a REAL doctor who was no longer practicing, and needed emergency refills until I could find a new doctor, but she u201cdidnu2019t believe meu201d and required a blood test and took 11 vials of blood, which I need a warning for to make sure I ate and drank enough water before hand which I had no warning to do so and thus passed out from my blood sugar dropping immenselyu2026 and still left with no meds I needed. Received a letter in the mail a week lateru2026saying my blood work came back normal so they could not prescribe me my medication. Which I compared it to my last blood test (reviewed by my past real Doctor not a PA) and the one done by Kintegra showed my levels in the areas my previous doctor was concerned about were LOWER. And yet this PA still felt I was u201cnormalu201d and could prescribe the meds I needed. Horrible place. Rude staff. Do not recommend.

Have got kidney stones on my left side and right side called today to get something for pain because I went to the urologist like they said to do and they Asheboro Urology told me to call my primary doctor and nether one help me so if your in pain all they tell you is go to emergency room so what the hell is it to have a doctor for just to drain Medicaid and Medicare so don't go to neither one of this placees Asheboro sucks period.

They cannot keep your medical records straight they messed up on my medical records and I still don't know if they have got it fixed correctly I get too many different stories from them

I had a horrible fever and sore throat. I didnu2019t have insurance and was directed to this place bc of the program they offer to the uninsured. I called ahead of time to find out what I needed to bring to apply for this program and took of work and made my way down there to the clinic. My check stubs are online like most companyu2019s do them these days and when I asked if I could email them to the receptionist she told me u201cNo, that I couldnu2019t email them they needed a print out. To go to the post office and they would make me pay like 25 cents to printu201dI didnu2019t have a printer so I went to the post office in pain and fatigued due to my throat to only be told they donu2019t print out things at the post office. I was so exshausted and upset. They need to get with the times and take emails for documents like this.

This is a federally qualified health center. They are there to be able to help people who have low or no incomes as well as people with insurance. I've worked for places like this and loved my patients! The staff here is great, friendly, sweet, caring, and the doctor I had seemed to listen well. Now, with this being said you are not there just for people to be nice. You need them to do their jobs and do them correctly. I had some issues with the cna who takes blood. She took the tubes out of order which can alter the results if the blood tests. Another issue I had was orders not being faxed on time to labcorp. I had to call, and the receptionist did fax it then. Ive also had an issue with the Doctor only being there certain days as well. There are also some staff members who seemed to be inconvenienced if you have a question or a problem, but those people are everywhere. Unfortunately I will be transferring my records. I feel bad because most of the staff is super nice, but I want to make sure my health care needs are met with more than just a smile.
