Writing a second review because simply put, no matter what staff is working, they are all friendly and amazing. Sometimes they rotate drs and the PT givers (idk what u call them) but they are always top notch. Happy to see you & Lord knows when u are down and out from an injury, itu2019s nice to have people treat you w care and fight for you. Dr Frazier has been an awesome addition to the team! Ty all!

When I was looking for a primary doctor, I was really impressed with intro message when I asked the line, the front desk staff and the staff: Nurse Practitioner Sabrina Blancas. I didn't feel rushed on my first appointment, longest appt really! My telehealth appointment was not rushed either. She listened to me, very helpful and taught me a thing or two about medical stuff too. I really like that they send follow texts and emails of future appointments, notes about your visit and names of your new prescriptions. Overall, AMAZING experience. Highly recommend!

Well this place isn't legit. I tried making an appointment because I have family that goes here. There was some confusion and I guess I did have an appointment but I didn't realize I did. I tried rescheduling and they said they will not see me because I missed my initial appointment.nnThat tells me that they don't really care about helping treat people they are only after money. And that makes me not trust them because they are a cash grab business. Do not recommend! Also seeings how I'm a veteran I now feel like they are not veteran friendly!

I've been a patient of Erin Brooks for several years. The wait time has always been short and when Erin sees me, I never feel rushed and she's always attentive. She asks a lot of follow up questions to ensure she gets all of the information she needs. She's very quick to refill my medications when I request them and I've never had a problem.nnIn my time at this office, I've also been seen by Megan and Dr. Loftis. They are both wonderful providers, good listeners and again, never make the patient feel rushed. The staff at the front desk, and all the people I've met in the office are friendly and understanding. The negative reviews are confusing to me because I reach out to them monthly for medication refills and I've never had any of the issues described. Additionally, I've gone in the office several times a year for several years and still no issues. I've had providers disregard me, not listen and even laugh at me, but I've never experienced anything but quality care here.
