**EDIT**So, changed the rating from a 1 to a 4. The director of the facility saw my original review post and reached out to me. After a short discussion, I decided to edit my review. I won't discuss the reasoning, but he explained a few things to me, and I believe he was sincere in his apology. I'm giving a 4 instead of a 5 because I really wasn't able to be seen for my issue, so can't really rate on performance or staff interaction.*Original*So, had a minor issue, but it was an issue that I really didn't feel like waiting till morning to take care. I arrive at 12:45 a.m. and a notice on the door says to press the button on the right if after hours. Pressed it twice, and heard the click like someone was on the other end. I said hello, but got no answer. The sign on the door also said to dial a number, so I did. It just went to voicemail.So my question, what's the purpose of advertising as a 24 hour facility if the people inside don't want to answer (if there was even anyone inside)?I wasted a drive and my time.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Stephanie at the front desk was exceptionally polite and helpful with the paperwork. Margie, RN, and Erika, NP were fantastic! Erika was particularly attentive and composed while assisting me with my child. They efficiently handled the situation, and we were out of there quickly. Thank you all so much for your excellent care!

I visited Bellaire ER today because I was sick, and I had an excellent experience. The front-desk nurses, the one who performed my tests, and the doctor were all very attentive, kind, and took care of me. I appreciate your service and care! God bless you.I recommend this place!

Michelle hong was a phenomenal er doctor! She handled our head injury (3 sutures) with ease as other emergencies arose in the center that required all hands. But she, and crew, made sure that we were kept comfortable and informed the whole way through! Great team!

We came in from out of town. My husband started to feel ill and we decided to head to Bellaire ER. It was a short wait period, comfortable waiting area. The care there was amazing! He was diagnosed with pneumonia. They were very thorough and gave him the care he needed. From nurse Melissa to Audrey the RAD tech. They were very carrying and informative. Nurse Melissa even gave us water and snacks. Dr Quintanilla did an outstanding job treating and guiding my husband to further care for his pneumonia and asthma. Thank you for all you did for us.
