Yes, when I came into this establishment, I was greeted very quickly by a nice young lady named Monica, she made sure that all my paperwork was properly showed out, as well as helped me with it. She came from behind the counter and helped me that means a lot to me, and she also showed a lot of interest in the rest of the clients or patience. I should say in the business I noticed her hospitable attitude and positive, which I was not having a great day that day and she truly brightened my day.nnI came in two weeks later and decided I would need to get a follow up. Monica was there again and she was the same exact way as she was the Time before more people need to follow Monicau2018s footsteps Monica is an asset to the Medical urgent care. She is like peanut butter and jelly no matter how you put it on the bread. Itu2019s always the same. Itu2019s peanut butter and jelly no matter what time of day it is or what day it is Monica is always the same. Sheu2019s very kind, concerned and caring.nThank you Monica for brightening my day.
