I saw Dr He (dermatologist) Best Doctor Ever! I was a new patient from out of state for an annual skin cancer visit.nFirst plus, no medical insurance issues -I donu2019t have advantage only RWB Medicare.nSecondly, my appointment was scheduled a week after I requestedu2014not a year wait.nAt the appointment she mentioned Botox and I agreed. I wanted for personal use as well as medical (my first neurological appointment is not until Thanksgiving). As she examined areas for placement she saw my right eye constantly twitching and felt confident she could help. We discussed it would not be covered since the injections must be administered by a neurologist. I asked her to go ahead at my expense. She made several injections and the twitching stopped. Instant relief. Not only did she accomplish that, she carefully placed injections on the left side, so both sides look the same. She did a better job than my out of state neurologist..nShe is kind, compassionate and I felt very comfortable with her. Sheu2019s the only doctor here that has gone out of her way to resolve a medical issue and she was happy to do it.nI highly recommend Dr. He.

Very poor care. No follow through. Never see the same Dr, so they don't provide consistent care. No idea why you are there. Change appointment times without telling you. Change Dr without telling you.nnSo many people have had the same experiences I have had.nnThis medical practice does not care about it's patients.

This company cannot keep doctors or schedules straight - and they donu2019t contact you when they have had a change! The level of incompetence is frighteningly bad! Then they smile and say u201csorry but we did call youu201d. When you show them you have no missed calls from the date they say you did not get a call - they say u201cso sorry but my system says we called both of you so we did!u201d Clearly we are both not wrong and didnu2019t both miss calls and both not have them on our call logs. But they donu2019t care and they donu2019t care that they are incompetent or that people took off from work for this appointment or that if we missed an appointment that they would charge us - but if we miss one - itu2019s no big thing to them. Itu2019s terrible.

Absolutely terrible experience with the prescription staff and the front office regarding a change in my prescription. Dr sent prescription to the pharmacy but directions were not clear. Pharmacy advised me to contact physician as they said they sent a fax that PMA did not respond to. I contacted prescription office and was advised they would clarify with Pharmacy. I checked next day with Pharmacy and was advised that they still had not received the clarification. I called PMA again. Spoke to a rep and she said Pharmacy needs to call them. Pharmacy told me that PMA needed to call them. As the patient I am being bounced back and forth. PMA put me on hold and never returned. So I call the front desk to seek help. I told her the story and she wanted to send me back to the prescription staff. I said please don't do that. No one is answering. So front desk said they would follow up and she put me on hold. 5 mins later the call was disconnected. I call back to front desk and she then said they contacted my Pharmacy at 3:35 pm. I asked her why she did not tell me that. No response. Terrible experience and very poor customer service. Poor followup.

The best doctor around. Best staff. Best everything. Dr Ibraham you truly care for your patients. Thank you so much. We all love PMA! All the staffnnI first want to say that my whole family goes to Premier Medical and my father has just suffered a stroke and thanks to Dr Ibraham . He saved his life. We have also been going to Dr Eldeeb for his pain management. Let me specify before I even get into it that I love both doctors they are very caring They are very kind and they truly care about their patients however today at the Buenos Aires location suite B I never have been treated so rudely I believe sheu2019s the office manager and Iu2019m hoping she is not a nurse, but Iu2019m feeling that she is. She literally was rushing. My father can barely walk with a walker, and when she picked him up off a chair, she went under his arm and basically yanked him up I was trying to help her. She wouldnu2019t even give me notice to pick him up and he almost fell. He was falling backwards. My father also had a traumatic head injury due to accident so if he wouldu2019ve fallen that wouldu2019ve been it. I have escalated this form formal complaint Because this woman should in no way shape or form be a nurse or God forbid a manager of a medical facility the whole time I All these girls talked about with Thanksgiving dinner and a DoorDash order It was laughable and insulting. My father was in a cortisone shot And was having such difficulty I was actually crying and there was only one nurse there that was extremely helpful, but the nurse /Manager with red short spiky hair sheu2019s an older woman was so abrupt not to mention when I was sitting in the waiting She was talking to the girl at the front desk, people by names breaking HiPPA Like it was nobodyu2019s business. She was even discussing my father and Iu2019m sitting right in the room and Iu2019m his caretaker. She didnu2019t even have the guts to talk to me about it. Because I donu2019t know if she knows anything about me, but please donu2019t ever raise your voice to me or step to my face. Youu2019re lucky I did not call Sheriffs dept. Immediately called Dr. Abraham when I came home I tried to call Dr Eldeeb to tell him about the horrific treatment that I had received With my father on the way home, he said that his arm hurt from her, pulling underneath her arm to get him off of a chair. Iu2019m certain they didnu2019t teach that in Nursing school. I highly recommend that one. I do not have to see her speak to her or she will never be touching my father ever again. In fact, She said the minute she saw him walking. Heu2019s going to help him up on that table to get his injection. Ummmm that is YOUR job. Iu2019m not a nurse, but you told me that I was going to have to help you when there were two other Office, one of which it was a nurse and then you threatened to not let me come in into the procedure room Donu2019t ever threaten me and two. You better best bet that Iu2019m coming because I donu2019t trust you with my father youu2019re rough, unkind and uncaring You should be an office manager and just sit behind a desk and type away order your Thanksgiving dinner and your door dash And leave customers and clients alone we are the customer not you. You are to provide a service Preferably one without an attitude that you had today beware when you go she is the elder lady with short spiky, red hair and very tanned skin. I have escalated this to a claim, and Iu2019m also reporting her to the state board of nursing It took me five seconds to get your name So good luck with that and when I come in with my father, the next time in two weeks, I expect to be treated appropriately I also expect to hear from the doctor. This cannot be what he wants to represent his office. Dr Eldeeb do better. Sheu2019s not on the level of the Villages and the surrounding area. Word-of-mouth is a powerful thing.nHe woke up this morning with a sore shoulder. Socket. He said she was pulling him too hard. Enjoy your report to elder abuse.
