I come from closer to the city and have dealt with multiple urgent cares. Butleru2019s is, by far, the absolute best. Dr. Fleming sits and listens. She is thorough (unlike most urgent cares). They are also very affordable. Iu2019ve paid $200+ with in- network urgent cares and since Butler was out of network I cash paid $150! Such a good deal.

Provider excellent, billing a disaster. Care provided in November 23 , at time of visit informed I had a credit on account provided insurance and had our visit. (I bring this up because in the past I paid upfront then they did billing because they are new to the networks.) Since February 24 (when I received my 1st bill, I have been going back and forth about network, insurance coverage) I called them, left messages and requested it be resubmitted to insurance. I finally get an insurance COVERED bill August 2024 itu2019s but now informed itu2019s LATE labeled on the outside of the envelop even though I was the one making efforts to resolve the claim. Anyways- Send payment same day beginning of August soon as the bill is received and my husband and I both mailed it.nJust got another bill literally 14 days lateru2026 seriously? Is this to cover the claims youu2019ve sent 7 bills? I keep EVERYTHING. Document so I have proof of payment and for taxes and tracking with insurance ensuring itu2019s processed properly. Itu2019s now end of August. Will NOT be back due to this mess. Staff: itu2019s okay to make mistakes but you failed to accept and take responsibility.nNow we will make the drive for care just so I know what Iu2019m paying and not fight over it for MONTHS only for it to take 6 months to get it processed and resubmitted to my insurance.nnI donu2019t appreciate mail highlighted with nasty grams inside stating I am delinquent. Unprofessional. You finally got insurance to process after finally resubmitting. Not late. Itu2019s now resolved. Otherwise it would be an exceptional place for care. The physician is outstanding and knowledgeable. Disappointed in her team.
