I would give 0 stars if I could. They do not care about your health at all! I took my children to this urgent care 2 times and was sent right back home with allergy medicine bc they refused to swab them for anything. So I took my kids to the ER bc i knew it was more than allergies and they both tested positive for strep. Also, don't bother booking an appointment online. My appointment was at 8:50 and I showed up early as they suggest you do, but they saw 5 walk-ins before me including some that showed up after me. What a joke of a healthcare system.

Great service..I try to pre register and find it easily navigated. The staff is first rate. Kind, considerate, concerned. I always feel some better before leaving. I'm very grateful for your care.

The worse experience ever!nWent in with running fever, body aches, congested, sinuses acting up. I was never swabbed for Covid or flu, I was given a prescription for meds that pharmacy did not have and would take few days to get in. I went to my family doctor next morning still feeling terrible, I was swabbed and found out I had COVID! When I called to tell them and to get my copay back I was told I didnu2019t ask to be swabbed. I thought that is what you go to dr for with those kind of symptoms. Definitely wonu2019t be back to this Urgent Care and was not refunded my money

Monday in 32 degree weather I went to Urgent care but they wouldnu2019t see my child because I didnu2019t have her Medicaid plan card. The girl at the desk refused to look it up by name and birthday. She told me I had to have her plan card to be seen. I left and went to the ER where theyu2019ve never asked me for her Medicaid plan card. The front desk workers at the ER are not lazy and will look up my daughteru2019s insurance info by name and birthdate. My daughter was very very sick, RSV and double ear infection. Glad the JENNINGS ER got us taken care of despite not having her Medicaid plan card.

I had an appointment at 3:15 and they were on time. I was offered several options for treatment. They were very friendly and helpful. I was in and out very quickly. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing medical attention
