So i had an incident sawing copper sheet metal for a college art class, and i cut my index finger pretty bad. This happened on a saturday and thankfully they were open (many closer urgent cares were closed). I barely waited 15 minutes, and all of the ladies working there were so very nice, especially the nurse i had made me feel very comfortable there.

I have been here twice in the last month. Once for stitches for my daughter and once for a UTI. The staff here has been great both times and the wait was under 30 minutes. Shout out to Lonni and Kelly. Really great staff.

Was scheduled for a 6 o clock appointment. Arrived to find the doors locked and no one answering phones. I got a hold of someone at their Fishkill office and was told they weren't open. Basically, I was scheduled for an appointment outside their business hours. I had to schedule this appointment a month out, by the way. The Fishkill office even had a supervisor try to call for me but no one picked up. Completely unacceptable.

I had a good visit that day with the doctor however, the billing process has been a real headache. I have paid on the day of my visit $70 for my co-pay, and Iu2019m still getting letters every month since October 2024. I have been calling optimum to move over the money that I have paid for to pay for my visit however, on the phone they told me they will contact the billing department and they havenu2019t every month. I have been getting letters saying I need to pay and Iu2019m late for the payment but I already paid on October 17. I have a bank statement can prove that someone see this. Please help me. I am so frustrated I do not ever want to have a late payment, but you guys are not helping at all sending me letters for a bill that I already paid for what is this really about.

My daughter needed a medical test done and goes to a college nearby. I got up early and got on a train to Poughkeepsie only to have this facility call me to cancel our appointment four hours before we were scheduled. They could have but didn't try to help get us in at a nearby facility. Their cancellation cost me about $75 in travel expenses and now I have to find another time to come up and get this done. How come if we cancel last minute, we have to pay but when they cancel, somehow it's still on us.
