The worst urgent care facility I've ever been in. After waiting for 2.5 hours, I got into a room after being triaged and someone came in and tried to give me a steroid shot before I was seen by a doctor. They had the wrong room. The whole place is run down, dirty, and highly unprofessional. Seeing the Great Value and Equate sanitizer and sanitizing wipes on the counter was also very professional. You've been warned.

So the last time I was in I got a shot of a steroid that had nothing to do with my symptoms and it was an accident on their end. They apologized and didnu2019t make me pay but thatu2019s an inexcusable mistake and theyu2019re lucky I wasnu2019t allergic, although it did cause me pain for 2 days on spot of injection. Now this time around for an infected tattoo I pay 150 for a 5 second visit from a dr who showed no interest and didnu2019t get thorough in any type of way. Not only that but he prescribed me the only thing I stated Iu2019m allergic too and when I brought it up, he encouraged me to take it still. If you actually want to feel better for anything more than a sinus infection donu2019t go here. Money is all they care about.

Iu2019m new to the area and I received a referral to go here. From the front desk staff I received terrible treatment. I had to stand outside in front of the front door to wait to be seen. My joints were aching, especially my lower back. Instead of sitting in the lobby the lady told me to wait outside. After 22 minutes she opens the door and tells me to follow someone and go straight to a room. The guy who comes into the room seemed to be okay, checking my vitals. The doctor came in to see me, and gave me a prescription but my joints were still aching. I went to a different urgent care where I received a different prescription and a few days later my joints pain was manageable.

Sometimes crazy busy. Yesterday I tested positive for Type A flu. Today so did my wife. We both felt compassion as they took good care of us. The bldg could use some updating but I guess that's not the most important.

Please do not go here. I went here because an employee said it was great. It was way short of great. Many flaws, most importantly, the doctor. He barged in without knocking, but it showed his attitude. He told me he couldn't do anything about the past, only current. True, but I've had a collapsed lung. He then everytime I spoke he was aggressive at my words. Why did it take you so long to come in, your the 3rd doctor I've seen.Well I don't care about your past but you're present. Ok. But I've been sick for 8 weeks. doesn't matter if what you've done form work we're not song or again. so I leave with no help, no medicine, no healing. No. Don't go here. He's a jerk. Scared me just challenging me at my stuff. Thank you, I'm going somewhere else. Please don't pick here.
