I go here every time my daughter is sick because itu2019s quicker than her pediatricians office. We have never had a long wait and they are always so nice, from the front desk people, to the nurse, to the PA. My daughter thought the male nurse was hilarious; he was personable and has a sense of humor which is exactly what sick patients need. Itu2019s honestly so rare to get good health care and Iu2019ve come across many doctors office that would make me shake my head.

This was a fabulous experience. It wasnu2019t super busy which is nuts considering it was Saturday and the quality of care we received. They were prompt and got him an exactly his appointment time. The radiologist and physician were amazing. I wish I could remember their names. You could tell they really really cared about my husbandu2019s situation. We will be going back.

I regularly go to this urgent care- 2-3 times per month. I have always received great service until the last time I went. The guy at the front desk had no idea what he was doing. It took him about an hour just to get me fully checked in and there were only two patients, including myself, in the waiting room. While I was waiting, I could hear the 2 guys in the back chatting about people they encountered working in the Army and as a paramedic. They were loudly talking about deceased patients, patients who were so large they installed a hinge on their wall to get out of the bedroom- also what kind of machinery was required to move him. It was just very unprofessional. When I was finally called back to give a urine sample, it was obvious that the PA had never observed a patient doing this before. She had me do things that Iu2019ve never had to do before. It was just odd.
