Not sure what is going on with Premier Urgent Care within the last six months. We have been coming here for several years but today was awful. It seemed as if the receptionist did not know what she was doing (maybe new employee?) the nurse with curly hair who took our weight etc had an awful attitude and is not friendly with kids. The communication is also not good. Messages arenu2019t relayed properly or are delayed. My sister went later on and her experience was also unsatisfactory. I hope they were all having a bad day and change because I use to think highly of this urgent care!

My 82 year mother went to this clinic on January 3,2025 with concerns, her blood pressure was sky high and her blood sugar was through the roof, they sent her on her way and told her to either go home or to an emergency room of her choice. They help her out to her car and let her drive herself with stroke symptoms instead of calling an ambulance for her, she did make it to a hospital parking lot but was confused when she got there and didnu2019t know where she was, she called my sister and said Iu2019m lost and I think Iu2019m having a stroke, my sister told her to call 911 but when she did she couldnu2019t remember what kind of car she was in only the color. Thankfully the ambulance and paramedics were able to find her and get her in the E.R and she did not have a stroke but my family is very angry that this clinic let her leave their facility in the condition she was in. She could have caused an accident and killed herself or others. Premier Urgent SHAME ON YOU and your staff you need to do much better with your patients and if anything would have happened to my mother because of your negligence my family would have hired the best attorneys there is and put you out of business! I would give negative 1,000,000 stars if I could.

My family & I have come here a dozen times -nEach time Iu2019m appreciative of how attentive their staff is to our health concerns, and how good they are at providing appropriate solutions to jumpstart our healing. The facility is always so clean, and orderly, the staff is friendly & efficient.

I went to the urgent care with strep throat and a sinus infection and was treated with an antibiotic that was known to focus on strep throat. Within a few days the strep cleared up but i was experiencing extreme pressure in my neck and pain from the sinus infection still. So I decided to call and ask if this was something they would see me for again, they then took my number and said they would give me a call back. 30-40 minutes goes by and I decided to just go back because the pain was too extreme for me to handle. I go back and get situated into a room and dr. Macy comes in. She made me feel as though i had no idea what a sinus infection was and that there was no need to switch the antibiotic i was prescribed with. She made me feel completely idiotic and dramatic. I have extremely yellow mucus and am constantly blowing it out at this point. And to be made to feel like I have no infection is down right ridiculous. You're job is not that hard all you have to do is listen to people and then prescribe them with the needed medication. Not jump the gun make them feel like they dont know anything about whats going on in their own body. Not only that but they sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy twice and everyone in the place has a horrible attitude. Dont come here if you dont want to be made to feel stupid and be around people with horrible attitudes. This place is a joke.

Was a good place when it opened and the actual doc showed and cared. Cori was also always nice but I havenu2019t seen her lately. Gals up front have always been niceu2026. But, The rudeness that happened on my last visit from physician isnu2019t acceptable. My wifeu2019s last visit also wasnu2019t up to par. I also took the time to try and voice my concern privately with no resolution or response. Simply they donu2019t careu2026 go somewhere else.
