I wanted to share something with people who use urgent care. Iu2019ve been calling my doctors at Rancho family medical for over two weeks with them simply to tell me I had a cold get over it. I went to Meta plus urgent care this morning at 10 ou2019clock. Every single person, the receptionist, the intake nurse and the PA were outstanding. They listen to what I had to say they didnu2019t tell me what I had. I left there in tears. I was treated so well I got my prescriptions filled and within six hours I was already feeling better. Thank you thank you thank you to the people at Meta plus urgent care.

Iu2019d say that my review of the urgent care facility is that communication via phone and voicemail is impossible. Despite the level of care when you are physically there, I would rate them 2 out of 5, and not a bit more.nnNo effective voicemail, and ZERO way to communicate with the office/doctor is utterly disqualifying as an effective healthcare provider!

He is the worst possible doctor ever, gives false positive drug tests when I was over at Norwalk community hospital and then yelled at me to get out and never come back. I hope he loses his medical license he is inhumane.

I donu2019t know why this place has so many negative reviews. The staff is friendly and very helpful! I had a NP named Kendra and she was awesome! I actually felt listened to and cared for. Definitely a different experience than what Iu2019m used to at most Urgent Cares. I went around 1pm today(Monday) and I was seen fairly quickly and was out within an hour or so with x-rays and a breathing treatment done. Thank you for taking care of me! I highly recommend this Urgent Care when youu2019re in need of some urgent care ud83dude09

I like this urgent care better than my doctors office in urgent care they are fast and efficient they prescribe the right meds every time never have to come back for the same thing the staff are nice and consider and the doctors are really nice and efficient I hope this office stays there forever.
