Took my son here last Sunday. Henry Fords urgent care on 15 mile had a couple hour wait. Iu2019m glad I called here to inquire. Very happy with the experience. Staff went above and beyond. No long waits. Got the answers I needed and care needed for my son. Highly recommend.

I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service my sister received at this facility. During her check-up, the doctor, allegedly Dr. Anderson, barely examined her and recommended over-the-counter medication. However, this treatment has been ineffective.nnWhen we called to request a prescription, we were told that the doctor wouldn't provide one unless we brought my sister back in for another visit. This seems unnecessary and inefficient, especially considering there's apparently a new doctor on staff.nnThe front desk staff seemed uninformed about the doctors' schedules, which raises concerns about the facility's organization and communication. It appears that their priority is generating insurance revenue rather than providing proper patient care.nnI'm shocked by the incompetence and lack of empathy displayed by this facility. I would advise others to exercise caution when seeking medical attention here.

This clinic was amazing! Iu2019d been battling a sty on my eye for about a week. Woke up one morning and I could hardly open my eye. Called their office and spoke to a young lady who was very happy to help me. When I arrived I was greeted by a choir! Everyone was very friendly and greeted me like an old time friend! I needed help filling out the forms, as I could only see out of one eye, and one of the young ladies sat beside me and read everything to me and filled the paperwork out for me. From the front desk to triage, I was handled with care. I really felt comfortable in their hands. The doctor greeted me the same way. She listened with care. She gave me all the dou2019s and donu2019ts. And I also left with a referral for a great eye specialist who Iu2019ve already met with. The entire team worked in unison and with love. I highly recommend this urgent care clinic if needed!nnThanks again guys for all of your help this

One of bad urgent care ever seen in my life because I went to 1/22/2025 around 6.25 pm . I checked in & Doctor see me . The Doctor was one of Lady she was very rude & didnu2019t send me eye drop on time . Next day went to pick up my medicine pharmacy said they didnu2019t receive anything yet. Again I went to urgent care find out why didnu2019t send me medicine they said they sent already but they are totally lied. Pharmacy show me the computer when & what time sent the medicine. Never ever again that urgent care .BAD experience
