Everyone is so friendly and professional here. I was seen right away by the doctor and he provided excellent care, fixed the issue I was having with my ear, and gave helpful recommendations for how to care for it at home. I don't live near this MedRite location anymore but still come back because I have the best experiences here compared to any other Urgent Care center I've been to in the city.

What can I say...the team saved my life AND protected me!nnI thought I was having a heart attack or a bad reaction to something...was seen immediately because I was on the verge of passing out. The team was so comforting and as protocol, they called an ambulance to come just in case...I refused to go because I, like many Americans, am uninsured. The EMTs were irritated but the doctor and team let me make the decision and also assured me that the hospital would probably just give me fluids and watch me (I was stable at this point and all my numbers were healthy). For whatever reason, law enforcement was called (frozen water perhaps?)...the team refused to give them any information. The woman at the front desk was so kind and even gave me a discount because I was uninsured. I wish I had the post-it note of names to thank but I stupidly lost it. Thank you to this team. You all are angels. I really don't know how I could ever repay you.

I had a great experience at Medrite Urgent Care. I came in last minute, and despite the time, Sarah went above and beyond to take care of me. The front desk staff, especially Nehonda, were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process. Nehonda made check-in smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated the kindness and efficiency of the entire team. Highly recommend!

It was all in all a very positive and very relaxing experience. I found my nurse, Chanel went above and beyond. She eased my mind. The on doctor duty was very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive. Honestly this has been one of my best medical experiences. If a need should arise in the future. This will be my first choice.

I was greeted by a courteous staff at the front desk. Tari was very efficient and nice. Chanel was amazing. She is the sweetest person and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. The doctor is also the best. Dr. Shane Wilkins is very kind and he knows his stuff. I always come to the myrtle avenue location. Iu2019m never disappointed.
