I took my dad for a CT Scan. Everyone was extremely helpful. He is in a wheelchair. All the staff was great. The intake person was very patient and kind. That young lady who did the scan was great. The gentleman who helped get my dad on the table was also great. They were very efficient . Thank you.

I was really hoping for a more supportive experience, but unfortunately, I didnu2019t feel cared for during my visit. I experienced an anxiety attack during the procedure, and the technician didnu2019t seem to show much concern or offer any reassurance. A little empathy wouldu2019ve made a big difference. I left feeling more stressed than when I arrived. I hope the staff can receive additional training on patient communication and how to support those who may be feeling anxious or vulnerable.nI left feeling more like a number than a patient.

My procedure went smoothly and quick. I didn't have to wait long to be called. The radiologist Brenda was kind, professional, and organized. The front desk young lady Fabi was very nice, she greeted me with a smile. Check in was quick and easy. I was anxious about my pet scan, but everything was explained fully. It was a calming environment. They even played music during the procedure, witch relaxed me, to the fullest. I would recommend Inglewood Advanced Imaging for those in need of quality assistance.

The staff was nice, polite and friendly. I arrived early for my appointment and was seen after waiting a short period of time. The only thing that I didnu2019t like was when the front desk clerk said u201c thank you Mommau201d. I am not your momma. Not professional at all. Refer to clients by their name. Other than that the experience was pleasant.
