Do NOT go here. Itu2019s the worse urgent care I have been to. The first time, the front desk was unfriendly and did not help much, you literally have to do everything on your own. The doctor was very dismissive and did not provide much empathy. However, given the location I went again to give it a second chance. I waited for more than an hour and a half and ended up walking out. Keep in mind the place was empty and I still waited that long, I could literally see the doctor through the glass window chatting. When I asked for an estimated wait time, the assistant said she had no idea and was insulted that I even asked after waiting 1.5 hours. Definitely go somewhere.

I had an excellent experience at this clinic today as I walked in with a really sore throat. Special thanks to the incredible care provided by Scott, the PA, and Molly, the nurse. Scott was thorough, compassionate, and took the time to clearly explain everything, which really put me at ease. Molly was equally amazingu2014so kind, attentive, and professional throughout my visit. Itu2019s not every day you come across a team that makes you feel genuinely cared for, especially in a medical setting. Iu2019m truly grateful for their help and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt, quality care

Iu2019ve visited this urgent care before for myself, and tonight I brought my son in. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and handled by friendly staff, setting a reassuring tone right away. Provider Scott and RT Mollie were absolutely fantastic u2014 Scott, in particular, stood out for his thoroughness and attentive care. Heu2019s not just knowledgeable; he leads with both compassion and intelligence, making sure every concern is addressed thoughtfully. One of the better Urgent care branches ive been to. Came in for a laceration between my toes and left good as new. The desk attendant made sure I was okay and gave some gauze for the bleeding as well. After confirming that my pain was manageable, he collected all the necessary information and it was a slightly long wait (about an hour) before I met the nurse. The nurse was quick to assess the injury and took my vitals immediately. After doing all she could for my injury, she said the doctor would be there in about 10 minutes. Mary (the doctor) came in some time, looked at my injury and started discussing options. I was pretty concerned about nerve damage and infection to which she patiently explained and even gave me antibiotics. She answered all my questions pretty well and was super fun to talk to. Would definitely come here again 10/10 staff.

My visit to Care Now Urgent Care was worthwhile. The reception staff was very welcoming and kind. The Nurse and Doctor were wonderful. My waiting time was so smooth and I got the very support that I needed. Thanks to our well qualified front line health workers who work tireless to see us happy and thriving! Ofcourse I would come again if unwell, but I am hoping not to get sick ud83dude05
