Amazing experience! The staff was professional, caring, and knowledgeable from check in to completion. Anna, Lulu, and Rhonda were the best and worked as a cohesive team. The waiting room was empty so I was able to get in and out quickly and they had time to give me their utmost attention. They do imaging and also take medicare. Give them 10 stars!

I showed up around 9:45am on Sunday. 1 person in waiting room. Finished paperwork and it said I would be seen at 10:12. I got called in quick but then left in the exam room. The nurse said 30-40 minute wait for doctor, which seemed excessive. I have been in this room with my sick 7 year old for over an hour now and still no one has come inu2026 WTH? I will never come back and advise no one else to come here.nUpdate - the initial nurse refused to offer a strep swab as we initially requested, but when the doctor finally came he ordered one, which required us to wait again for results and wait longer for the doctor to return again. Presto - strep results positive as we self-diagnosed prior. Total visit was 2 hours. I almost wanted to call 911 to rescue us from the exam room which we spent 1.5+ hours in to finally get the result we expected and the script we needed.nDo yourself a favor and utilize a different/better u2018urgentu2019 care facility. (I canu2019t want for the Press Ganey survey they send)

Iu2019ve had great experiences at this urgent care. The practice is big, clean, and calming for a medical practice :) u2014 Iu2019ve never had to wait long! Iu2019ve seen two different doctors/PAs and both were lovely and helpful. The front office staff has also been great. Itu2019s my go to urgent care when needed!

I was so nervous and in a lot of pain going in but Dr. Oglesby and the ENTIRE staff made me feel so much better and I felt no pain during the procedure. They were all the absolute sweetest people I have ever met they made sure on multiple occasions that I was comfortable and not in any pain. 100% recommend coming here. They absolutely went above and beyond what any other doctor's office has ever done before.

I went on a Sunday afternoon. There was only one person before me so the wait was very minimal. The receptionist, nurse/PA, and doctor were all very nice. Dr. Oglesby was very efficient with the diagnosis but also informative. Will not hesitate to come back here for future needs.
