This was a great urgent care experience. We were able to reserve a spot easily and were actually seen really close to the confirmed time, which has definitely not been my experience at other urgent care facilities. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. The nurse taking vitals was friendly and efficient. The doctor (physician's assistant?) was knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly as well. We got in and out for 2 school physicals with all paperwork complete in just about an hour. This is a farther drive compared to other urgent care facilities, but if we keep having experiences like this, this one may become my go-to.

Excellent experience. Every member of the team was fantastic to deal with which is always the case when my family and I come to this center. Itu2019s our favorite by far. From Donna at the front desk to Alisha, Nicole and Tiffany every part of the process was seamless and pleasant. Carlos took good thorough care of my medical issues and took appropriate steps which no doubt will help my recovery. I donu2019t enjoy going into medical facilities but if I have to go this Urgent Care center will always be the one I go to. Thanks Team!

Normally, I have a great experience at this Urgent Care facility; however, today was definitely the exception. Reserved a spot online, checked in, got the vitals done, all that was a great experience. Then, the 'doctor', Shannon Jensen, came to see my daughter. She examined my daughter and didn't ask any questions or care to read or listen to us about her medical history. She diagnosed her immediately without even talking to me! I let her finish what she had to say, and then I explained to her the situation. She was not caring, not understanding, not comforting, and honestly very rude. After we left, my pharmacy notified me that the prescription that was called in, was out of stock. My daughter needs the prescription ASAP, so I called to see if Shannon Jensen could send over another prescription. She got on the phone with me and was even more rude than before, and said she didn't even want to prescribe the medication to begin with! We have gotten the prescription from this Urgent Care several times in the past, so there shouldn't be a concern. Very disappointed after this visit. I will return to this Urgent Care facility; however, I will make sure to not be seen by Shannon Jensen.

Today I took my ten month old there due to really high fevers. I literally just had the best experience EVER. Check in was extremely fast and accurate. Normally itu2019s Mrs. Donna at the front desk but today it was a young gentleman. He was just as fast and amazing. Just so kind. Mrs. Donna even came out to check on my son and she was just as friendly as ever. (I do not know her in real life) But, she really puts in a great effort to make sure you are comfortable. She takes pride in her work, it definitely shows. The Second Lady (I didnu2019t get her name) was just so polite, understanding, and her smile really made for a great experience. My doctor Mrs. Shannon (Iu2019m pretty thatu2019s her name) was in the room under 6 minutes. She listened to him took notes. She really took time to figure out what was happening with my son. She was GREAT, patient and very helpful. If you are a parent with a sick child no other urgent care will give you this kind of experience. (In my opinion) Iu2019ve been going to this facility for years, and I have never left feeling upset or without an answer.

I went in just 30 minutes before they were to close. They were very attentive and caring. Very professional. They made sure all my needs were met and didn't rush me along even though they were probably tired and ready to go home. It's not the first time I've been there. They are always thorough and tell you everything you need to do when you leave there. The last time I was there, they even contacted me a couple days later to see how I was doing. I shouldn't tell anyone all this because then everybody will go there, and it will result in long waits. Lol. But they deserve the praise.
