Medstar employee here - this place has been closed for more than a year - apologies that it continues to show up as an active site. The closest other locations are at Columbia on Cedar Lane, Towson-Anneslie on York Road and Catonsville on Baltimore National Pike

This place used to be the best clinic in town (when it used to be RightTime)... Medstar has completely ruined it. Now it's a complete dump, like all the other Medstar clinics.nEven worse - they fired all their staff, which is why this place is closed now. My wife works for Medstar, and they're currently purging all their employees - horrific leadership at the top.

overall good experience. All the staff is caring and patient with you or your childu2019s needs. I have been there back to back and always have a good and informative experience! A average wait time which is expected. Always fill out personal information before arriving to make check in and getting started more quickly.

I went to urgent care this past Wednesday and spent 3 hrs to talk with a doctor for only 5 minutes.nnI was experiencing sudden malaise and stomach pain, so I went to the nearest urgent care because I was not feeling very confident in driving over to my primary care office 20 minutes away. I was hoping to talk to someone as fast as possible. I booked a reservation for 2:20pm, and when I arrived there were only 2 people in the waiting room. The woman at reception seemed to be in a bad mood because of technical difficulties. I ended up having to do my intake forms for a second time despite having completely filled them out already. I did not mind that, but she was quite short with me through every interaction we had. Especially when I put my card in the reader too soon for my copay, saying she didnu2019t tell me to put it in yetu2026 really not pleasant when you are already visibly feeling unwell.nnI sat in the lobby for 30 minutes before getting my vitals taken, to which I did not get any numbers recited back to me (blood pressure, temp). Went back to the lobby and there were about 10 more people. I then waited for another hour to get placed in a room.nnI sat in a room for an hour and 40 minutes before anyone came in. It was incredibly hot, there was no restroom in the hallway I was in, and overall it was just a very upsetting experience to be feeling so awful and to be alone in that space for such a long time without any checkup.nnA doctor finally came to visit, and we spoke for maybe 5 minutes. I shared my symptoms, they quickly examined me, and told me I should go to the ER out of concern for my appendix.nnWhile I understand that urgent care centers often have high wait times and do not have all of the same equipment as a hospitals, it felt like a very extended and unthorough experience. This is not one I would like to repeat, so I will not be returning to this facility again. Very disappointed in the care.
