Had a minor incident that required medical attention. The staff was courteous,and helpful. Did not have a long wait and the medical team was able to correct the problem and no injuries occurred to my ear from the incident. They also checked the ear that it was in good condtion and I should have no further problems.

I would pick ANYWHERE else to go besides this place! I Made a online appointment for my son for a specific time. Quickly received a text message requesting I arrive early just to sign in and wait 2 HOURS!! When I asked the Secretary why are they taking appointments if everyone is going before us. She said they also had appointments and I was the next in line. That didn't happen we were called back 4 people later just to find out they're not sure what is going on... Anyways, this is just my experience and my family at 7 will go elsewhere next time.nSide note: they should not be accepting appointments, keep it to walk ins since that's exactly what it was.

My appointment was close to the scheduled time. Both Megan and Dr Ihem(?sp) were courteous and efficient. The DR diagnosed my problem-gastroenteritis, and provided instructions for the treatment.
