I had a specific experience already noted on a specific office which has caused me to not continue seeing anyone from this organization. I have not been satisfied with the organization as a whole, and practices I have known them to enact. The corporation (not the providers) are more concerned about $$$ than they are about the health and well being of their patients.

I have been trying to reach somebody, anybody, for weeks about a worker's comp claim that was covered but I am still being billed an additional amount for. I have left multiple messages, emailed, and even went to the urgent care office I was treated at and had them send and internal message for the billing department to contact me so they can send the bill to the insurance company (which has already said they would cover the rest). I literally cannot reach anybody to get this cleared up. No one ever picks up the phone. I always have to leave a message. No one ever calls back. This is unacceptable.

Billing is whack. This place took $185 out my account without notifying me causing me to overdraft. I dealt with the Smoky Hill location. I tried to contact this place by email to expedite and resolve. They never responded. It ended up taking almost 2 months to get refunded. This was resolved by the location. Use an different Urgent Care business.

Extremely unprofessional. refused to schedule services due to not having insurance card available at the moment of calling. hung up on me without even saying good bye or anything to signify the end of the conversation. It was very rude.it was extremely uncomfortable situation... why cant i just bring my card in with me to the appointment? it felt like if i didnt have insurance they were not going to offer me care or service.
