Park Place is in a safe location across from Fort Ward Park, has plenty of parking, friendly neighbors, 24 hour front desk personnel, condo fees pay my utilities and a huge resort-style pool. It's a great building!

Great location, views, neighborhood, floor plans (studio up to 3 bed), management, and great value. Walkable area with 40+ acre Fort Ward Park across the street. Dog friendly, preschool on the same block, and zoned to Douglas MacArthur Elementary School.nn11 minute walk to Bradlee Shopping Center with a Starbucks, Fresh Market, Safeway, fast causal restaurants and more. Seminary Plaza with Aldi, Doyle's Outpost bar/grill/laser tag arcade, CVS, and more also in walking distance (14 minutes). 20 minute walk to Fairlington Community Center/Farmer's Market.nnWell served by bus routes to metro, plentiful resident and visitor parking, and immediate access to 395. 10 minutes to National Landing/Amazon HQ2, 12 minutes to DC, 15 minutes to Old Town.nnThe outdoor pool is nice, and the building has a nice fitness center and party room. Condo fees cover all utilities except internet/TV/phone. HVAC chiller/boiler and domestic hot water are provided by the association. EV chargers on site too.

I've been an owner since 2005. The property is in an amazing location for easy access to the surrounding area. Shawn in the main office is fantastic to work with. He's helpful, accommodating and very responsive. I think this building will do extremely well under his leadership.

This condo complex is a nice development but it does need improvement. The lobby area is very nice, the pool and amenities are looking great. Once you get on the elevator to the hallway, then you can see some deterioration on the building. It does need some upkeeps and cleaning. Hope that they management office will be on top of it soon. Great location.

Very Nice and Well Maintained Property! The staff is very friendly and helpful! Easy access to public transportation and plenty of parking! So far my wife and I are enjoying living here!
