The level of incompetence at this urgent is disturbing from the rude medical assistants to the incompetent doctor. The only good thing about this place is the pharmacy.

I hate to write a negative review because the doctors at this urgent care facility are fantastic, but I want everyone to be aware of Salwa, the front desk receptionist, because of her unethical and unprofessional behavior after multiple POOR interactions. Before refusing to check, she sent me away and stated, They do not accept my insurance. I informed the supervising physician of our second unpleasant encounter with her today. They expressed regret, but she will not change. She will not be held responsible or alter her unprofessional attitude.

I took my sister here on May 8th for a bite she had on her leg and we specifically told one of the nurses that my sister has diabetes when the doctor came in to look he started poking at the bite with a needle even though my sister kept telling him it hurt to even touch it. He ended up prescribing her some antibiotics and some steroids. She started taking them that same day & maybe a few hours later she was saying that she was really out of breath but didnu2019t think much of it as we were walking around a lot that day. Two days passed by & she had to be rushed to the hospital because she wasnu2019t able to breath right anymore. While she was at the hospital the doctors told her that the whole reason why she was even there was because the doctor prescribed her steroids & steroids are not good for people with diabetes because they make their blood sugars go up. She was there for 3 days because the doctor here doesnu2019t know what heu2019s doing this is not a good doctor. Then her bite on her leg got infected because he wasnu2019t supposed to be poking at it. If I could rate this urgent care 0 stars I would. My sister couldu2019ve died all because of the u201cdoctoru201d working here. Me & my family are still deciding on sueing this place because it was his fault she was even there.

Horrible service here. Called early in the am with my sick son just to see if they took my insurance. Employees were chattering in the background so loud the guy who answered the phone couldn't even hear me. He asked for my phone number to call me back to verify insurance. Waited two hours no call back. So I called back, was transferred back to him and he hung up on me. I called back asked why I was hung up on the girl who answered the phone laughed at me and said idk I was busy with other patients horrible!!!!! Shouldn't take that long to verify insurance!
