No one likes going to urgent care but when we do have to go this one is always our choice. Itu2019s easy to make an appointment online and have almost no wait time when you arrive. The facility is very clean and the staff is friendly. Iu2019ve always received really good care here and will continue to make it my choice for urgent care!

Clean new modern clinic on Memorial Drive near Sam Houston Pkwy. Excellent courteous staff including X-ray tech and wheel chairs. Doctor made proper diagnosis quickly and phoned-in necessary prescriptions to local pharmacy. Good experience!

The one star is for the nurses who checked me in and did my vitals - they were very sympathetic and explained what they were doing.nnThe doctor on the other hand was a completely different story. I waited to see him for an hour despite making an appointment online and when he came in, he was very short with me. He asked one question and diagnosed me while I was answering, then walked out of the room while I was still talking. Mind you, he didnu2019t explain the diagnosis or the next steps. I was surprised to be led to the x-ray room and then to receive a referral - again, without any sort of explanation.nnI ended up essentially googling the information Iu2019d been sent and figuring it out that way. The doctor was incredibly unhelpful and did not listen to my request for more information. I wonu2019t be coming back here.
