I went in this morning because my lymph nodes were swollen and man did the women of this office make me feel so much better. They were attentive, quick, and so extremely kind. I saw both a Nurses Assistant and the Nurse Practitioner within seconds of each other and they had my prescription called in and ready before I even left the building. I'm very impressed with how this office is ran and for 8 in the morning, these women sure were happy to be at work helping people!

My experience at Medpost was positive from start to finish. I was able to make an appointment online in the middle of the night for the next morning, and when I arrived, the wait time/check-in process was reasonable and efficient. The staff was extremely kind. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and took time to talk with me. I didn't feel like she was rushing to get out of the room. I received my diagnosis and prescription promptly, and they called it in to the pharmacy immediately. I am cash-pay, and felt that the rate was very reasonable. Overall, 5 stars! Will come again!

Will never go here again. Even if I was on fire and they had the only fire extinguisher in town. Front desk lady, nice enough. My nurse, should have gotten her name, was as sweet as could be, very compassionate and friendly. Then it came time for the nurse practitioner.....from hell. Incredibly rude old white lady who immediately came in the room with an attitude. Proceeded to argue with me, tell me that I should just go to the ER if I didn't want to listen to her, did not listen to a word I said,no compassion, crammed the ear scope in my ear so far she actually worsened the infection I came in for. Refused to write me an antibiotic without putting me through an incredibly painful process first, which was unnecessary. So, I took her advice, I left. I'll be going to a REAL doctor in the morning who might actually attempt to help me, or care.

I went to the MedPost Urgent Care last week and I was very satisfied with my visit. I was able to schedule my appointment online earlier in the day so I was called back a few minutes after I arrived. The clinic is very clean and the staff is friendly. The doctor had excellent bedside manner and addressed all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others.

We had a great experience here! Everyone was so friendly! We did not have to wait and it was on a Saturday before a holiday. We received great care from Dr. James and the nurses! They put my daughter at ease with their smiles and sweet care! We hope we donu2019t need urgent care again but weu2019ve told everyone this is the place to go if you do!!
