I went having cold like symptoms. Staff was very professional and added a slight hint of humor. The gentleman that took my vitals was very kind. He take care of me the patient, but saw to the needs of my mom. The PA was very knowledgeable for her to be as young as she was. She encountered the same feelings as I. It was easy for her to tell me what I was feelings and my care. I am from DC, so the southern hospitality was not great. I wish everyone there future success and THANK YOU. This place is totally unprofessional. I drove 29 miles to the minor medical center for a issue with congestion and I had a nose bleed earlier that day. The office only had one patient in the waiting room at the time. I then asked nicely if they could check me out for a recent nose bleed and congestion. The nurse on duty was up front chimes in and ask about blood pressure. I told them I normally don't not have blood pressure issues. She then walked to the back and discussed my problem with someone else. The nurse came back and told me to go to the emergency room. They never attempt to check my vitals or show that they were concerned about my or anyone else safety. When I questioned the nurse about the emergency room, she stated that she went to nursing school and that she know what she is talking about. I didn't care about her credentials. I wanted to be checked for congestion. I felt let down and confused by them. Baptist minor medical is TRASH!!!!

From the moment I walked in the door I received a good service. From the front desk, staff to the nurse assistant who took my vitals, and then the nurse practitioner helped me with my ear problem. If this has the same attitude, I will always get from this location, I will definitely be back. And I will recommend this location to others as well.

I felt I didnu2019t get the care I needed. Electricity went out for about 30 minutes. I shouldu2019ve left then. That wasnu2019t yu2019allu2019s fault. I tested negative for COVID/Flu but was prescribed Tamiflu anyway. Nothing else for my symptoms. Wanted a sinus cocktail shot but yu2019all donu2019t give those anymore which is ridiculous! I work for Baptist and I will never go to this sorry clinic again!

I went to the Baptist Minor Med with an asthma attack this week. All the staff I came in contact with from the front desk to treatment were amazing. I found them to be professional, thorough, prompt, knowledgeable and compassionate. Keep up the good work!
