Letu2019s be honest, no one likes going to the doctor, especially alone. After trying a neighboring urgent care that told me I wasnu2019t in network I wound up at Mend. Unfortunately upon arrival, I was told they were out of strep and flu tests. I was tired of traveling around and making phone calls, so decided to stay and be seen. The doctor was super kind and helpful, I wish I could remember her name to give her personal credit. She single handedly turned this otherwise lackluster experience into a helpful and quick one. Felt better the day after the visit! Thank you.

Went there for fatigue and eye issues that had been bothering me the night before and the doctor was so condescending and dismissive, kept asking what brought me there when I had given them an extensive list of symptoms. Whenever I would answer, she would cut me off and keep emphasizing that she could only do so much. Then, when she was putting eye drops in to use this UV light sort of thing, a piece of the equipment dropped right on my face! She didnu2019t even apologize and took her sweet time turning the light back on to fix it. I already have health anxiety because theyu2019re so quick to throw some ibuprofen at you and call it a day, but this was the most infuriating visit Iu2019ve ever had to the point where I was just ready to leave the building.

Donu2019t go! Theyu2019re scammers. They will make you wait for over 2 hours when you ask them for a service they say yes we provide and then turn you away and say go to an emergency room! Their doctors arenu2019t equipped to deal many issues. Donu2019t waste your day and go to ER if you have to, oh and they still charge you for the visit even when they canu2019t help! TOTAL SCAM
