I had a wonderful experience at the Love Family Womenu2019s Center at Mercy with my prenatal care, delivery, postpartum care, and even when things didnu2019t go as planned. I felt in control of my care and very informed to make the best decision for me and my family. I had to be transferred to a different hospital once my child and I were released from the postpartum floor. My postpartum nurse did a wonderful job making sure I had everything I needed to continue healing postpartum and taking care of my newborn at a specialty hospital that isnu2019t equipped for postpartum and newborn care.

From reception to post procedure, Mercy I-35 outpatient surgery staff are all wonderful. They are friendly, upbeat, professional and caring. You are taken back on time, every time. The center itself is modern, comfortable, well lit and immaculately clean. Centrally located at 15th and I-35 in Edmond, this is definitely the best Surgery Center that I have ever been to (and I have been to quite a few).

I can start out by saying if there were six stars I would give them the six star very clean place. I had four surgeries in a month time in Mercy facilities. The staff as well as nursing and doctors were all great. Couldnu2019t ask for any better.

Whenever Iu2019ve had a serious issue and called to ask for an urgent appointment or a referral to another doctor, Iu2019ve been told to go elsewhere. They didnu2019t even try to offer me an appointment for another day. They are supposed to be my family doctor and should have supported me. Iu2019ve also been asking them for a referral to a gynecologist for two years with no response. I will definitely choose a different family doctor next year. Thank you.

The experience I share with you about my surgery at Mercy Hospital is positive. My doctor, nurses, anesthesiologist were great. They all gave me the assurance needed to help me relax. I appreciated the positive experience I received from Mercy Hospital staff and my doctor Maryann Martinovic. Also, the receptionists at check in were kind and greeted me with a warm smile!
