I received a call from Walmart pharmacy stating that my prescription of Truity had expired and was being denied for refill. Called for an appointment, encountered receptionist/supervisor LJ. Who could not manage to find an appointment before Sunday 3/17 2024. The day I take my shot. After a long conversation, she finally found an appointment for 3/18 2024. Which could accommodate my needs. But I strongly recommend LJ does not answer phones concerning health issues for patients . She is very confrontational and does not have good people skills. Iu2019ll follow up with further inquiries upon my appointment.

Wouldnu2019t fill a prescription the emergency room gave to me for heart issues the doctor at Mercy ignored. Told me because my blood work came back normal there was nothing wrong. I pleaded for scans. Denied. Iu2019ve been having heart palpitations 24/7 with dizziness and lightheaded; for four straight months. I told them itu2019s an injuryu2026 not stress. I know my body. They donu2019t care. Wonu2019t refill my prescription without a visit. I was referred by the emergency room for cardiologist. Hopefully the cardiologist will listen.

Would give zero, doctors staff basically told me to get losed because I complained about the office staff and insurance pasting the blame back and forward over an approval, so as patient Im screwed in this deal. so avoiding this office is in your best bet. I triedto deal with issue and was shut down by the staff person.... They do as they please when they please...

Great physicians and everything lbut the wait times are too long. They get u in the room fast but its a wait for the doc always. And then after the doctor leaves even with all these ladies here it takes up to another 30 mins to get one of them to come in and check u out. Very difficult to make an appointment too phones are all over the place. Dr Zimmerman retired so I guess I'll be searching for a new doc and leave this place

This place started off being a great place and I really liked Dr. K. Luse. But unfortunately she wasn't there when I got sick with Covid. This clinic had previously filled out 2 disability forms for me with no problem. Now they have a new manager who lies with every breath takes. First they wouldn't fill out my paperwork because the manager said if they didn't diagnosis me with Covid then they couldn't fill out my paperwork. Then they lost my paperwork. Then they held on to my paperwork instead of calling me to tell they couldn't or wouldn't fill out the forms. Terri is another employee that just keep lying. She told me if I came to see their doctor on Tuesday they would fill out the forms. I swear I hope these people got paid extra for lying because it made absolutely no sense... What is the last thing the doctor tells you when you leave the emergency room? Right follow up with your primary health provider. So if Mercy Health was my provider what was the problem. Stay away. I'm going to miss Dr. Luse but that's all. That clinic cost me to lose 3 weeks of pay. Won't be making that mistake again. Please beware these cheap clinics.
