Had to go here on a Sunday during Memorial Day weekend. The staff was friendly but the Dr. was extremely caring and nice. The facility is very clean and I was treated in a very timely manner. Prob the best urgent care in the area

This was hands down the best urgent care experience I've ever had. The front desk was great and very helpful. Bridget got me signed in and helped me fill out my paperwork that I was confused about filling out. She was kind and patient. I believe it was Mary who was my nurse in the back and she was very kind and understanding and did a great job on my x-ray. My x-rays were read quickly and Jay came in to talk to me about my injury and instructed me what to do next. Everyone was super kind, helpful and friendly and professional. I was really impressed by this urgent care.

I prefer to utilize this urgent care because of the professionalism of the staff up front and the Dr's (providers) in the back. I trust the Mercy hospital group and their urgent care network is an equal and natural extension of their practice. The doctors always are compassionate. They spend enough time with you. And it really feels like while it's an urgent care that of getting the same quality advice as if I were going to my own primary care physician. I used to utilize a different urgent care, but I wasn't and in fact, I know I wasn't getting the best care possible.

Greeted as we came in. Quick check in. Friendly. Wait time was about 15 minutes, happy with that. Very happy they had Epic, so medication check was quick. Very kind. Doctor came in with Covid and Flu tests results. Very nice, listened and showed concern. First time here, and it was a very good experience.

The young lady at the front desk was great and very friendly and Mary was nice as well.nMy visit lasted about 10 minutes that's including the doctor who really didn't exam me just felt my leg through my pants told me to go the Emergency and it maybe a blood clot.nI have lymphedema so my legs are always in some state of swelling. I'm totally confused by the experience and out of $75 to not be treated.
