My appointment was at 2:00, I had an X-ray and a mammogram, I was done at 2:30! Howu2019s that for efficiency. Everyone was friendly and professional, it was really clean. I donu2019t think Iu2019ve ever had an appointment go so quickly in my whole life.

They had 2 cma's try and help me with a walking boot. I ended up asking them to get someone who knew what they were doing because neither of them knew anything about how it was supposed fit, what I could or couldn't do while wearing it, or how long to wear it. I understand my Dr. was busy and I didn't have an appointment, but don't send someone in who doesn't know what they are doing.

After moving to Fort Scott several years ago I continued to drive an hour to see a physician in the community I had moved from because I had relationships with my doctor and their staff. After two years of driving back and forth I decided to search for a local medical staff. My criteria included professionalism, knowledge, a high level of empathy, a personable staff, and of course trust. I asked everyone I knew, who is your physician and why? I contacted many area facilities and decided on CHC of SEK because I found these attributes in their staff. From the doctors, nurses, lab, office staff, etc - all professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Communication is also important and they do an excellent job of delivering test results expediciously. The on-sight pharmacy works directly with medical staff, also a benefit (with in-house savings)!
