I had an ear infection and was in quite a bit of pain. There was only one other patient ahead of me. I was quickly (within minutes) registered and taken back to see Dr. Tom. He was very thorough, professional and kind. I've had ear infections before and usually the doc will grab on your ear and shove that otoscope in there and that hurts! Not Dr. Tom. He was super gentle and asked all the right questions. He made me feel like he was really listening. Thank you Dr. Tom the antibiotics are already helping!

Hands down the best urgent care clinic around. Dr. Carr and staff provide excellent care. The clinic is super clean, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. You are in to see the doctor in a timely manner, and the prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy very quickly.

Great place for help! I went to another urgent care that was too busy before coming here. I couldnu2019t see my primary or allergist. This is by far the best place. I love the PA Jeral!! Heu2019s very personable and easy to talk to. Everyone at this care center from the receptionist to the nurse to the PA were awesome. I've had nothing but great experiences at Mercy Medical Urgent Care. Both my son and I have seen Jeral when we were sick (on separate occasions), and he has always been very kind and informative. We also saw a female provider at one point, which I can't remember her name, but she was also fantastic. We will continue to use their services and recommend them to our friends and family as needed.
