My mother was brought here via ambulance from our local hospital. The care and treatment has been outstanding. Every interaction with my mom was heartfelt and kind. I am thankful that Mercy was able to treat her and ignore her symptoms. I am extremely grateful for all the staff that treated and assisted my mother during her stay here. I will definitely recommend this hospital to family and friends.

As a patient the staff was great. As a guest waiting for my daughter's surgery, this place was a nightmare. Idk why a 5am start time is convenient for anyone, but evidently it is. Then we have a wide open waiting room with the most uncomfortable seating possible under canned lights that are intense enough to cook your brain inside your skull. Tip that off with the armed security guard putting on Fax news in the children's section then telling me to have a nice day and walking away when I asked him to put on anything else was just the icing on the cake.

Mercy Hospital Northwest Arkansas is a fantastic hospital. I recently had a procedure done. The Mercy Hospital Staff were extremely knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of the procedure and kept me informed of any changes in both schedule and procedure. They are truly a part of the Mercy Hospital Team. Thanks! for the outstanding service you provide. I felt like family while I was there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would.nnAfter the first 8 hours of me bringing home my newborn son, he was having breathing problems. Breathing problems that we pointed out to the nurses after he was born and they acted like he was fine. He would wake up gasping for air. We took him back to Mercy to the ER there. After waiting hours, the ER doc came in, rushed through seeing our son, told us it was normal and sent us home.nnThe problems persisted so we trusted our gut and took him to Northwest Childrenu2019s hospital. They agreed something was wrong and sent us to the NICU at Washington Regional where they actually acted like they cared and ran tests on him. They were able to track his oxygen dropping while he was sleeping and monitored him 24/7 for several days until he stopped having the breathing episodes.nnIf we had not trusted our gut and listened to the sad excuse of an ER doctor at Mercy, our son legitimately could have died at home.nnOn top of all of that, this hospital will do everything they can to pressure you into getting extra vaccines, vitamin shots, etc even if you make it clear that you donu2019t want them. They also rush the entire postpartum process and come in and wake your baby up frequently for random tests or checks. The food there is also terrible.nnAt Mercy you are treated like cattle being herded through the slaughter house. I will never go back here for any medical care. Especially not the birth of one of my children.nnDo yourselves a favor and go to Willow Creek where you are actually treated like a human being.
