Traveled here from New Mexico due to mom being transferred for possible heart attack. At first glance the hospital is beautiful. Staff from emergency room receptionist to nurses, Dru2019s and techs were AMAZING. Even registration. Been to a lot of hospitals and have not received the care I received here. Very impressed. Special shout out to Nurse Jamie and Karina. Rooms were clean and very large! All staff was very welcoming and informative. Canu2019t say nicer things! My mom nurse of 25 years was very impressed with facility.

Came to see my mom after her surgery and tried to see her and get directions, came through the emergency department and the front desk receptionist was not helpful at all. We waited for almost 20-30 minutes waiting to be just told where to go until I decided to call the HOSPITAL and ask for directions!! How hard is it to say where to go? My mom ended up having to text us where she was and coming out of surgery, that should NOT have been the case at all. Poor receptionist!! I hope Mercy employs people that actually show urgency and care to a families patient. A very kind lady who I think was a nurse or doctor was the only person to guide us to wear to go. I would rate her 10/10 for how quick she was and how responsive and kind. I wish the front desk would reflect some of that human element.

RN's & CNA's are top notch. Was hospitalized for almost a week and all the nurses in ICU & on the 2nd floor were absolutely great. Attending physician, Sarah Brown went above & beyond. She listened & took time to explain & answer all my questions without making me feel rushed or like I was an inconvenience. She even reached out after I was discharged. Thank you for the excellent care I received.

I've had a string of medical emergencies these past weeks and have to say that I'm so impressed with every single staff member I've met here. From the ER staff to the OR staff, the labor and delivery nurses, the anesthesiologist and surgeons, and the Obgyns, the midwives, this place has really made a rough few weeks for a first time mom so much easier. Thank you Mercy team, I'm so grateful for each and every one of you for keeping me and my baby healthy.
