They are awesome! The check-in woman was nice and helped with an insurance issue I have, they got me in quick and got me exactly what I needed! They were busy (33 people seen before 10am!) and still got me. In and out within an hour! Highly recommend this place if youu2019re sick! The P.A. I seen was very knowledgeable and polite! Could t of asked for a better visit to a health care facility! Thank you!

Typically we are a family with specialists who participate within a different health care system, but this is the only Urgent Care which I prefer to go to in our area to get immediate care for my children and myself. All of the providers here really do listen, and are very throughout with examinations. Denise is our favorite nurse as of lately, with a rare and increased frequency of visits this past month. My children feel comfortable (as do I) in talking with Denise, and she always remembers us. Her fun personality and sense of humor is refreshing even when you don't feel much like, people-ing, and she encourages my teens to advocate for their own health by directly asking them health history questions! (It does take a village!) Typically, we get in and out very quickly because they move so efficiently, and we book online. However, this last visit took hours due to a crowded waiting room, and a few emergency injuries which came in while we were in the waiting area. Yes, waiting generally isn't pleasant, but sometimes in an urgent care situation, waiting times just can't be avoided. The only good part about having to wait in this urgent care is that they keep you updated with wait-time expectations, and their attitudes are ones of courtesy and not irritation even while they sprinted between fully occupied exams rooms. I must admit that my own tolerance for those few impatient and/or grouchy patients witnessed yesterday might not have been as gracious as the staffs' was. It takes special people to do what they do, and at this Urgent Care... they do it very well! Thanks as always for the great care!

A nice bridge where you canu2019t get into your PCP, yet itu2019s not serious enough to go to the ER. Staff is awesome! Listens to your concerns and treats them. Short wait time or at least when I was there. A great service to have here in Norton Shores! Highly recommend.

My daughter sprained her ankle. Everybody was so wonderful from the receptionist, nurses, X-ray tech AND DEFINITELY The Doctor he was hilarious. Customer service was awesome and they got us in and out.
