I wouldnu2019t recommend here for anyone. I was told 2 providers left so they are on a soft hold and only taking urgent orders. I told the lady on the phone mine was an urgent order from my doctor. She told me they are only taking urgent orders from the hospital. She was suppose to ask the manager to get me an appt. She never called back.

I find it somewhat abusive that as soon as you walk in you are assailed by a required drug test like you are a common criminal. I can understand some extreme cases may require a drug test at every visit but for persons on small or intermittent doses it seems nonsensical.nnFurther, they don't tell you they're testing for like 25 different substances that have nothing to do with why you went there. That test, that they didn't explain, then becomes part of your permanent record. Heaven help you if you happen to use LEGAL delta 8 because it looks exactly like illegal cannabis on a drug test. This is one of many reasons why informed consent matters.

This place never gives you a call back the lady that answers the phone is rude and acts like she hates the fact you bothered her. And after my first initial appointment with Aaron still no call back no next appointment set up. I mean absolutely nothing!!! This place is unorganized and a wreck!! It gives me anxiety!

I need help. Meridian Health Services just informed me that they couldn't see or help me without two referrals from a doctor and a therapist, which my insurance doesn't cover. This is a prime example of America's insurance and health system. No one can get the help they need; they just need to white-knuckle everything. This place doesn't want to help anyone. They want to farm people for money.

Kathy Finney and her assistant Hailey were very rude to me. Bed side manor was very poor. When I asked to be sent to Haileys voicemail she actually answered the phone and started yelling at me, when I replied back she told me to stop yelling. I wasnu2019t upset at all. I was rather shocked in the way I was being treated. Very disappointed in them. I wasnu2019t even able to make an appointment. I had to call back the next day to see if something was available even though I told them I had infection with a red line. They use to be caring. But now they are awful. And I only call up here once in a blue moon because I hate making the trip.
