Not sure whatu2019s going on in this office. I had my first appointment a year ago and it was a pleasant experience. More recently Iu2019ve had a hard time even getting someone to answer the phone. To schedule an appointment it took numerous calls, several voicemails, and a few days to even get through to someone. I finally got seen and it felt like my symptoms werenu2019t even heard, a catch all generic medicine was prescribed and itu2019s resulted in a rash all over my body. No surprise, canu2019t get through to a nurse and the front desk staff put me off and said Iu2019d get a call back. No call back. Definitely switching to a new clinic. Would not recommend.

Both doctors are wonderful and so are the nurses. The office staff is ok my biggest complaint is they donu2019t return your calls! Most of the time I call for something and have to leave a voicemail. I normally call 3-4 times to get hold of a person. With saying thatu2014Dr Spuler is awesome and very Caring. She goes out of her way to meet you needs. Highly recommend if you need a prescription refilled on a Fridayu2014- your screwed. Due to no returned phone calls.

When I first became a patient the staff member who greeted me was exceptionally rude, handing me papers to fill out through the front door (which is kept locked) and shut the door in my and my daughter's face, telling us to fill them out outside in the freezing cold. Another staff member recognized my daughter, who was a friend of her daughter, and the two proceeded to call one of my neighbors to gossip about me, the rude one telling my neighbor she had seen me being arrested which was a crazy lie (I've never been arrested before in my life) and completely unprofessional. Why would a person even do that?!?! I don't even know this woman! It was so absurd. The doctor herself is nice but requires a visit every six months, instead of annually with the check-up, just in order to refill my thyroid medication, even though I have bloodwork done every three months, which is sent to her office, because my principal doctor is a specialist who treats my auto-immune disease which requires frequent bloodwork. Why do I need an extra office visit for her to look at the bloodwork results and refill my rx? It's a waste of a day from work (I have enough various doctor appointments already and cannot support an additional one that is completely superfluous), and it's a waste of money. Even though my insurance covers the visit 100%, it is such waste as this that results in so many needy people being unable to afford health insurance. I'm moving on. Thank-you for reading my rant-like review and God bless.

I've been a patient of Dr Scott Praisoody for several years now. I appreciate how patient and thorough she has been with me. I've never felt rushed. I have always found the front office accommodating and the PA's very personable. So much so, that I have referred my mom to her office as well. The doctor was able to cure an irritating skin condition that my mother had been battling for years, on the first visit. No other doctor had been able to competently diagnose and treat it before.nnI'd recommend all the very bright and caring staff at this office.

Absolutely awful! Never answer their phone calls after leaving various messages and pharmacy trying to reach to dr for important meds. My bloodwork results were never given to me and access to their electronic system for results after repeated phone calls was never given. Dr. Was exceptionally rude and cold as ice. She didnu2019t seem to care about my concerns and was just wanting to do blood work first before hearing out why I was even there in the first place. Currently trying to find another PCP. I was wondering why there was no wait time and availability for walk-insu2026 no one wants to be there, not even the workers given their u201cAMAZING ATTITUDESu201d. Everyone there is in the wrong field.
