Seems to be fairly quick each time. Iu2019ve come. First thing in the morning is super fast. Check in staff was super nice. Vitals lady, nurse and X-ray tech were all awesome! Room was clean. Itu2019s definitely a nice option to get X-rays done at same time.

1. get the nurses/medical assistants new equipment, as they canu2019t accurately measure vitals with broken equipment. i had a pulse ox reading of 90% which was obviously not true. they deserve better as they are usually smarter than the u201cprovidersu201d.nn2. brock widder needs to go back to school. he made a false diagnosis on my son based on a single cough (saying he sounded u201ccroupyu201d), which ended up not being accurate. but couldnu2019t diagnose me based on the dozen symptoms i gave him, along with exact fever temperature readings that i had recorded.nn3. teach the receptionists to have a little empathy towards older folks who are hard of hearing. i witnessed the main receptionist repeatedly snap at an older gentleman who was hard of hearing (u201ci wasnu2019t talking to you!u201d) and then laugh about it with her coworker.nnthank you.

I have been here for 3 hours and it is depressing all the people complaining about the bad service and I brought my daughter to the hospitals. I had no choice. The clinics throughout Hagerstown have the same bad service.

Wish I could give a 0 stars but I canu2019t. Went in yesterday to be seen since Iu2019ve been sick for a little while. The provider walked in and said three words to me. Then claimed that I reeked of marijuana when I definitely didnu2019t. Not only that but she told me thatu2019s why I canu2019t get better. She made me feel very uncomfortable and very insecure. This isnu2019t my first bad experience with a Meritus owned facility. She was very unprofessional and didnu2019t even address my meds. She looked at me for 2 mins then stated she was sending me a general antibiotic then walked out.

Today is the 2nd time I have been here. Once for myself, today for my husband. Each time has been a pleasant experience. All staff are friendly and even when they are busy, the wait time has been very reasonable. Highly recommend coming here!
