The staff was kind and helpful on the phone, and they were able to get us in quickly, which we really appreciated.nnElizabeth, the APRN who was part of seeing my daughter, was incredible. She took the time to really understand my daughter and treated her with care. As an athlete with a high pain tolerance, my daughter sometimes gets misanalysed in medical settingsu2014but not here. Elizabethu2019s thoughtful approach made us feel like she was treating my daughter for the unique individual that she is.nnThe visit was smooth, the radiology results came back fast, and we felt taken care of from start to finish. My child and I went in and saw the nurse practitioner. She was amazing. I broke my ankle while on vacation and they had a boot crutches at the tray, etc. everything that I had needed, and then my son had a rash which they assessed and gave an oral antibiotic for and a cream for as well they went over and beyond and I am so happy and impressed with this med fast or urgent care Good job guys!

I severely cut my finger cleaning a blender and when my husband took me there I didn't have to wait 5 minutes. They got me right in and took really good care of me. The people were friendly, very competent, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

I took a fall and thought I had fractured my wrist. I went to the Cocoa Beach med fast at 5 minutes to 7 in the evening and they would not treat me. They said they were closing... Waited several days and went to the one in Merritt Island next to the Taco Bell. That crew was awesome from the receptionists to the nurse practitioner to the whole atmosphere. What a difference thank you crew for seeing me and being great at what you do.
