Horrible experience!!! The PA was less than friendly from the moment she walked in the room. (We were the first appointment of the day. So canu2019t use the excuse she was busy.) My daughter was worried about her ear and hoping to have some comfort that it was going to heal well. The PA had no smile on her face or asked my daughter how she was feeling or what happened. We had a bandaid and cotton in her ear so it wouldnu2019t bleed in her pillow overnight. The PA was so rude and said u2026take that off. You donu2019t need it. I quickly let her know she did need it and why. My daughter was so worried that she damaged her ear and the PA did nothing to comfort her or reassure her that she was going to be okay. I think she was with us maybe 4 -5 minutes. Our experience was nothing like the reviews boasted about!!! Just horrible! The first thing my daughter said when we got in the car wasu2026she was so rude. Thanks for defending me mom! My daughter is 10!!! She knows how people should be treated. And that was not it!

I called to make an appointment and it was so easy. They got me in right away and I was seen quickly. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The office was very clean and bright and I was very happy with the medical help and advise that I received. I will definitely go back to that office again if I need to.

The care was nice and everyone was sweet but beyond that, it is not worth going here. They charged me and my insurance the same bill, when they sent me the bill it said I had to pay it had urgent and it said it was due on the date they sent it so I didnu2019t have time to even talk to my insurance about it. When I did they told me they had paid their portion already and that I had to talk to NextCare to get my money back. Iu2019m contacting them now and will update my review accordingly should they reimburse it or fight me on it.nThe same thing happened to another member of my family.nEdit a little over 2 months later: they originally told me theyu2019d send me a check for a refund and admitted to charging me and my insurance. They quoted 4-6 weeks for that, waited about 10 and reached back out. Told theyu2019d do a check trace and resend if necessary and I never heard back. Finally took it up with my bank, a day after I opened a dispute case I got a next day mail with the refund check. Crazy thatu2019s what it took. Do not go here!!!

If you are in need of exceptional care, this is the place to go! I have been bringing my family here for 2 years now and all the staff and providers here are consistently going above and beyond for you. They are also always very fast getting you in and out. I donu2019t know how they always do it, but all other healthcare providers and offices need to take notes!
